Latvijas Pasts, which operates the largest parcel locker network in Latvia, is expanding into Lithuania and Estonia by establishing local subsidiaries, the company said.

The move aims to create a unified parcel delivery infrastructure across the Baltic states and strengthen export capabilities for businesses in the region.

In Lithuania, the company will operate under the “Pasts” brand starting in the second half of 2026, with plans to roll out a network of parcel lockers tailored to e-commerce needs.

“Thanks to direct air routes via Riga International Airport, Lithuanian companies will be able to reach Western European and Asian markets faster,” said Ģirts Rudzītis. “This means quicker and more reliable delivery for online shoppers, while cross-border shipping across the Baltic region becomes simpler and more convenient.”

The subsidiaries will develop local infrastructure and work with e-commerce businesses and logistics partners in each country.

The first parcel lockers are expected to be installed in major cities and towns in Lithuania and Estonia.

The expansion is part of a broader strategy by Latvijas Pasts to grow its business across multiple markets. The company has also been working to attract third-country e-commerce cargo flights to Riga, where it handles customs procedures before forwarding shipments to Central and Northern Europe, including the Baltic region.
