Continuing his visits to NATO capitals in the run-up to the alliance’s summit in Vilnius in July, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda will travel to France on Wednesday to meet with President Emmanuel Macron.
The two leaders are expected to discuss preparations for the NATO summit, the security situation in the region, the strengthening of the alliance’s eastern flank, Russia’s war in Ukraine, and assistance to Kyiv, Nausėda’s office said on Tuesday.
As part of preparations for the Vilnius summit, Nausėda has already visited Germany, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
