Six new coronavirus cases were confirmed in Lithuania over Tuesday, bringing the total number to 1,733, the country's Health Ministry said on Wednesday.
Two of the new cases were already reported on Tuesday after an employee of a Norfa supermarket and Santara Clinics in Vilnius tested positive for the virus.
Only 280 people are considered active cases, while 1,369 have already recovered.
Three people died from Covid-19 over Tuesday, bringing the total number of fatalities to 74. Ten more people, who had the virus, have died from other causes.
Two residents of a care home in Antaviliai near Vilnius passed away on Tuesday night. The third victim was a patient at Vilnius City Clinical Hospital, according to the National Public Health Centre.

Fourteen new infections diagnosed since June 1 have been contracted abroad.
Lithuania tested 5,319 people for the coronavirus on Tuesday.
Vilnius postman tests positive for coronavirus
A postman working in the Antakalnis area of Vilnius has tested positive for the coronavirus on Wednesday, Lietuvos Paštas (Lithuanian Post) said.
All staff members who have had contact with the man have been instructed to self-isolate, the company said. The post office branch where the man worked has been closed for disinfection.
Cluster near Vilnius
Three children have tested positive for the coronavirus after coming into contact with an existing cluster in Kernavė, a town near Vilnius.
Six out of eight people who attended a private party in the town have now been confirmed to have Covid-19.
The infected children were not at the party, but had close contact with the infected. They also took part in other events, football training, and dance classes, according to the National Public Health Centre.
“There are at least 12 people who have been in contact” with the children, according to Rolanda Lingienė from the centre.
