Lithuania rose four spots in the Corruption Perceptions Index last year, placing 28th, Transparency International said on Tuesday.
Lithuania scored 65 out of 100. Among European Union member states, it remained 12th, unchanged from a year earlier.
Denmark topped the ranking with 89 points, followed by Finland with 88, Singapore with 84, and New Zealand and Norway with 81 each.
Estonia scored 76 points and ranked 12th (76 and 13th a year earlier), Latvia 60 and 37th (59 and 38th), Poland 53 and 52nd (53 and 53rd), Belarus 31 and 124th (33 and 114th), and Russia 22 and 157th (22 and 154th).
The European Union average stood at 62 out of 100.
