Lithuanian stylist and influencer Agnė Jagelavičiūtė has died aged 42, the country’s media reported on Wednesday.
The cause of death has not been confirmed by the family.
However, a close friend posted on social media that Jagelavičiūtė had pneumonia.
“Please respect the privacy of Agnė’s family, have a modicum of humanity and stop speculating with delusions. Agnė died of pneumonia complications,” wrote Saugirdas Vaitulionis.
One of the earliest and most successful social media influencers in the country, Jagelavičiūtė once worked as the editor-in-chief of the fashion magazine L’Officiel Lithuania and founded a style platform StiliuSOS.
Born in October 1980, Jagelavičiūtė graduated from Vilnius Design College and Vilnius Academy of Arts. She launched her career as a participant in the reality show Akvariumas in 2002.
She was also known as a TV host and an author of several books.
