The Lithuanian branch of Danske Bank once again topped the list of employers with the highest salary medians in July, despite a slight decline, according to data from the state social insurance agency Sodra published Thursday by the business news outlet Verslo Žinios.
Danske Bank’s median salary fell 0.8% from June to €3,450 before taxes.
The Emergency Medical Services (GMP) retained second place, though its median salary dropped 4.7% to €3,170.
Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Clinics ranked third, where the median salary in July reached nearly €3,000, up 2.1% from the previous month.
Energy distribution operator ESO was fourth, with a median salary of €2,970 – a monthly increase of 10.2%.
Klaipėda University Hospital, which ranked third in June, slipped to fifth place. Its median salary stood at €2,900 in July, but the institution leads in annual growth: the median jumped 53.6% compared to last year.
