A Lithuanian volunteer fighting on the side of Kyiv in Ukraine has been wounded, the Maži, bet Stiprūs (Small but Strong) support organisation and the 15min.lt news website reported on Tuesday, citing two sources.
According to 15min.lt, the man was injured on the front line overnight from Monday to Tuesday.
He suffered injuries to his leg and arm and is currently in a hospital, where he has undergone surgery.
The support organisation said the Lithuanian was wounded in a Russian drone attack.
