Lithuania has registered 376 new coronavirus infections and 15 deaths from Covid-19 over the past 24 hours, the country's statistics office said on Wednesday morning.
Lithuania's 14-day coronavirus infection rate currently stands at 251.3 per 100,000 people.
Overall, 191,821 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Lithuania since the start of the pandemic.
Currently, 8,737 people are considered statistically ill with the virus, meaning they had tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 28 days.
A total of 3,113 people have died from Covid-19 in Lithuania so far, and a total of 6,035 deaths are directly or indirectly related to the novel coronavirus.
As of Wednesday morning, 102,691 people in Lithuania have received their first coronavirus vaccine shot and 55,212 have been given the second jab.
A total of 2,014,824 tests for Covid-19 have been carried out in the country, including 4,121 in the past 24 hours.
The share of positive tests over the past seven days now stands at 7.2 percent.
