Lithuanian authorities will test a drone detection system around Kaunas on Monday and Tuesday, with local residents asked not to report drone sightings to the police.
“The testing zone includes the territories of Juragiai, Rokų training area, Linksmakalnis, and Pajiesiai forest. During the tests, various types of drones, including Shahed-type aircraft, will be flown at a height of 250–1,000 metres,” the Lithuanian Radio and Television Centre, which was tasked with organising the drills, said in a press release shared via social media.
