The Latvian airline airBaltic has launched a new summer service between Vilnius and Zurich.
The airline will operate two weekly flights to Switzerland’s largest airport in May, increasing to three flights per week until the end of October, Lithuanian Airports said on Monday.
“These flights will not only provide additional flexibility for those travelling to Zurich for business, leisure or to visit relatives, but will also strengthen connectivity with one of the region’s most important aviation hubs,” said Simonas Bartkus.
airBaltic operates at all three Lithuanian airports – Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga – and offers more than 110 routes from the three Baltic states during the summer season.
