Two more songs advanced to Lithuania’s national Eurovision final after eight artists performed at the second EUROVIZIJA.LT semi-final on Saturday.
Į Saldumą by Petunija and Just take me on a date by Noy received the highest combined score from the jury and televoters and advanced to the grand final, which will take place on February 15 at Kaunas Žalgiris Arena.
On Saturday, eight instead of nine artists presented their entries in the second EUROVIZIJA.LT semi-final after Austėja Lukaitė dropped out due to illness.
Lithuania’s national selection EUROVIZIJA.LT consists of five semi-finals with nine singers or bands in each. From each show the top two songs will go through to the final and compete for a chance to represent Lithuania in the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel, Switzerland, in May.
