The Horizontai complex to be built on the right bank of the Neris river has been granted a building permit in Vilnius.
The complex was designed by architects Lukas Rekevičius and Milda Rekevičienė of Aketuri Studio and Edgaras Neniškis of Arches Studio.
It is estimated that the project will cost around 220 million euros. It will include two residential high-rises with around 300 apartments, as well as three office buildings.
