The British-American actress plays Drasa, a Lithuanian sniper, in Scott Derrickson’s sci-fi horror film The Gorge. The character’s name means “courage” in Lithuanian.
She and her partner in the film, also a sniper from the US, aim to protect the world from an unknown dangerous force emanating from the depths of the Gorge.
A video of her singing a traditional birthday song in Lithuanian is circulating on the internet.
