With the support of Europol, the European Network of Fugitive Active Search Teams (ENFAST) has published a list of the most wanted fugitives in Europe. This year, it includes three Lithuanians.
According to ENFAST, Renaldas Kanys, born in 1973, participated in a criminal organisation, smuggled a large amount of narcotic substances, and organised the murder of a Lithuanian national in 2015.

Remigijus Byčius, born in 1981, absconded his sentence of 12 years in prison for selling and possessing a large amount of narcotic substances. He is also the leader of a criminal group.

Dariuš Požarickij, born in 1980, was sentenced to 11 years in prison in 2021 for drug smuggling. Together with an accomplice, he transported a large amount of cannabis from Germany via Poland to Lithuania.
