On Thursday, the State Border Guard Service (VSAT) recorded a Belarusian officer entering Lithuania's territory.
In the video, the Belarusian officer is seen stumbling into the Lithuanian side of the border, before turning back. According to the VSAT, the officer stepped around 1.5 metres into Lithuania's territory.
Baltic officials have previously spoken about the risk of incidents taking place at the border amid a migration crisis enabed by the Minsk regime, as well as the upcoming Russian–Belarusian Zapad 2021 military drills.
VSAT has handed over the information about the incident to the Lithaunain foreign and interior ministries.
