Just under 10 percent of coronavirus patients who were admitted to hospitals between early June and late July had received only one shot of a two-dose vaccine.
Data on new coronavirus infections show a similar pattern.
The unvaccinated accounted for around 80 percent of all new Covid-19 cases during the period. Ten percent of people who tested positive for the virus were fully or partially vaccinated.
About 90 percent of Covid-19 deaths were among unvaccinated people.
A detailed analysis of vaccine efficacy is currently being prepared and is planned to be published in mid-August.
