Lithuania has registered 365 new coronavirus infections and seven deaths from Covid-19 over the past 24 hours, the country's statistics office said on Friday morning.
Some 15,558 molecular (PCR) tests for Covid-19 and 6,197 antigen tests have been performed in the last 24 hours.
Lithuania's 14-day coronavirus infection rate currently stands at 226.9 cases per 100,000 people, and the share of positive tests over the past seven days at 2.1 percent.
Overall, 275,915 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Lithuania since the start of the pandemic.
A total of 4,297 people have died from Covid-19 in Lithuania. The overall number of deaths related to the coronavirus has reached 8,666.
Some 7,720 people are considered to be active cases, while 258,341 have recovered.
Over the past 24 hours, 20,345 people have received the first shot of the coronavirus vaccine and 15,484 have received the second. A total of 638,908 people in the country have received one jab, while 436,548 have received two shots of the vaccine.
