Lithuania has registered 769 new coronavirus infections and four deaths from Covid-19 over the past 24 hours, the country's statistics office said on Thursday morning.
Lithuania's 14-day coronavirus infection rate currently stands at 278.8 cases per 100,000 people, and the share of positive tests over the past seven days has been 7.4 percent.
On Wednesday, 11,156 people received the first dose of a vaccine in Lithuania, and 4,891 people were given the second jab, according to Statistics Lithuania.
A total of 300,811 people have received their first coronavirus vaccine shots so far and 136,777 have been given the second jab. Lithuania has received a total of 503,105 vaccine doses so far and has used 437,588 of them.
