Coronavirus: Lithuania reports 2,331 new cases, 30 deaths

On Thursday, Lithuania registered 2,331 new cases of the coronavirus and another 30 deaths from Covid-19 over the past 24 hours.

Some 2,036 people were confirmed as having recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.

A total of 154,550 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Lithuania since the start of the pandemic. The country currently has 65,730 active cases, while 86,109 people have recovered.

The coronavirus-related death toll now stands at 2,076, including 10 earlier fatalities added to the tally on Thursday. A total of 1,700,842 tests for Covid-19 have been carried out in Lithuania so far, including 13,837 over the past 24 hours.
