Lithuanians spent €366 million in Poland last year, up 5 percent from a year earlier, according to the Polish central statistics office cited by the Lithuanian 15min.lt news website.
Lithuanian residents went to Poland 5.7 million times last year. In the last quarter alone, Lithuanians spent around €120 euros per capita in Poland.
All foreigners usually buy construction materials in Poland, as well electronics and household appliances and car parts. Foreigners also spent 11.9 percent of their expense on food and 2 percent on alcohol.
