Lithuania’s parliament approved a bill on Thursday to allow holders of a car driving license to ride motorcycles of up to 125cc.
Holders of a B category license and meeting age and driving experience requirements would no longer have to pass an exam. They will still be required, however, to take motorcycles riding lessons.
The same procedure is now in place in countries, including Estonia, Latvia, Poland, and the United Kingdom.
The bill still has to be voted into law.
