Schools in Lithuania have received a recommendation from the Education Ministry to instruct students about the potential dangers of recruitment by Russian special services, reports Delfi.lt.
According to the website, the document was circulated last week and warns that Russian special services recruit teenagers in Ukraine for various intelligence tasks and acts of sabotage in exchange for fees.
The payments are made in cryptocurrency, and potential recruits are assured that there is no risk for them.
Lithuanian schools are advised to talk to students, encourage them to be responsible about threats and share their suspicions with the State Security Department.
