On April the 4th as a result of large-scale attacks in Mykolaiv 10 people died, 61 are wounded. The Russian military attacked 3 medical institutions, an orphanage, 11 kindergartens, 12 schools, 1 vocational school, 2 extracurricular establishments.
In the Kyiv region, law enforcement officers found a place where Russians tortured civilians. This was reported on April the 4th in the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General. The torture chamber was located in the basement of one of the children's sanatoriums in Bucha. The Russian military tortured unarmed civilians and then killed them. The bodies of five men with their hands tied were found in the basement.
On April the 4th President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky visited Bucha in the Kyiv region. The city was occupied by Russian troops for almost a month.
