Lithuania shortens Covid isolation time for asymptomatic cases

BNS2022.01.14 15:20

From Monday, Lithuania will shorten the isolation time for asymptomatic Covid-19 cases from ten to seven days, the Health Ministry said on Friday.

Starting from January 17, people infected with the coronavirus but not showing any symptoms can stop isolating seven days after the day of testing.

An asymptomatic Covid case means that an infected person has no symptoms, such as fever, cough, sore throat, tiredness, headache, muscle ache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, or the loss of sense of smell or taste.
