Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid will pay a working visit to Lithuania next week, Office of the Lithuanian President said in press release on Friday.
Kaljulaid is scheduled to arrive in Vilnius on Wednesday. She will meet with her Lithuanian counterpart, Gitanas Nausėda.
The issues to be discussed during the meeting include the fight against the pandemic, the situation in Belarus and Russia, regional infrastructure projects, the EU’s Eastern Partnership programme and other questions linked to the EU and NATO.
She is also scheduled to meet with Speaker of the Lithuanian Seimas Viktorija Čmilyte-Nielsen and Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė.
The visit will come as Lithuania and Estonian mark the 100th anniversary of their de jure diplomatic relations.
