Another 31 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Lithuania, bringing the country's total count to 1,375, the Health Ministry said on Wednesday morning.
According to the latest figures, 767 people in Lithuania are still ill with Covid-19, while 563 have recovered. Forty-five people have died of the virus.
A total of 118,201 tests for Covid-19 have been carried out in the country since the beginning of the epidemic, including 6,392 on Tuesday. The backlog of untested samples stood at 1,440, the ministry said.

Fifteen people in intensive care
A total of 123 coronavirus-infected patients are currently being treated in hospitals, including 15 in intensive care.
"Seven people are on ventilators, and 32 need oxygen masks," Ginreta Megelinskienė from the National Public Health Centre told reporters on Wednesday.
