From this September, 22 schools across Lithuania will launch additional measures to better adapt children from returning Lithuanian migrant families.
Schools will receive additional financing to have two teachers, a teacher’s assistant or a student’s assistant in classes hosting returnee children.
During student registration, schools will receive a reminder they’re entitled to additional 30 percent government funding per student, according to Lithuania’s Education, Science and Sport Ministry.
